How to sponsor a Hafiz?

On average, it takes several years for children to complete their studies, and throughout the duration of the scheme, our donors are given regular feedback on their child's progress.

Our Process

1) Selection of child
Children are selected for the program based on their needs and circumstances. We focus on those from vulnerable families, including orphans.

2) Enrolment and learning support
Children join a structured hafiz sponsorship program with a clear learning pathway. Alongside Qur'anic education, children receive essential science education so they are able to develop essential life skills and contribute to wider society in the future.

3) Essentials and protection
Children learn in a safe environment, with protective shelter, nutritious food, healthcare and clothing.

4) Progress updates and accountability
Becoming a Hafiz takes time, often several years. We keep donors updated on the child's progress with reports and pictures where possible.

5) Completion and future steps
Once children complete their hifz, they are officially no longer enrolled onto our program. However we stay connected with alumni and have seen tremendous success, where many students secure jobs in the market.
